Working Principle
Air Separators operate by slowing down the water flow as it enters the separation chamber. When the velocity decreases, air bubbles naturally rise to the top of the chamber. Inside, a specially designed separation element increases the contact surface area, allowing even microbubbles to detach from the water.
The collected air rises to the top and is automatically vented through an air release valve. The air-free water continues through the system, improving heat transfer and protecting HVAC components. This continuous air-removal process helps maintain optimal performance and prevents system issues caused by trapped air.
